Service Description
Our Chair Package includes your choice of white resin padded folding chairs or dark wood padded folding chairs. Each is very high-quality and durable for indoor or outdoor use. The price of each option below includes the price per chair ( $3.5 for white and $5 for wood) and a $50 service fee to pay our delivery and setup staff!
Cancellation Policy
Chancey Lane Events – Booking & Rental Policy Booking: Dates are reserved on a first-come basis and are not secured until a signed agreement and required deposit are received. Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Late payments may result in cancellation. Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the event require full payment. Weather: All outdoor events proceed as scheduled if the weather allows. No refunds are issued for weather-related changes. Delivery & Setup: Delivery and setup are scheduled based on availability. The client must provide clear and safe access to the event site. Damage & Loss: The client is responsible for the rented items from pickup to delivery. You may be billed additional charges after the event if there are visible damages to the rental items. Changes: Order changes must be made at least 14 days prior and are subject to availability. No refunds for unused items. Liability: Chancey Lane Events is not responsible for injuries or damages related to rental use. Agreement: Payment and booking confirmation indicate acceptance of these terms.
