Service Description
This package includes anything or everything you may need! Please choose the time on the calendar that you would like us to start setting up! Must be at least 6 hours from your event start time. At Chancey Lane Events, we simplify your party planning with flat rate pricing on all rental equipment, from tables and chairs to bounce houses and bar setups. You have the option to use a few items or all of them. Enjoy hassle-free booking as we handle delivery, setup, and teardown at no extra cost. Experience seamless service tailored to your event, ensuring a flawless celebration every time. Delivery and setup are included within a 25-mile radius of Athol, Idaho. If outside this radius, a $50 fee for every 10 miles will be added to your total!
Cancellation Policy
Chancey Lane Events – Booking & Rental Policy Booking: Dates are reserved on a first-come basis and are not secured until a signed agreement and required deposit are received. Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Late payments may result in cancellation. Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the event require full payment. Weather: All outdoor events proceed as scheduled if the weather allows. No refunds are issued for weather-related changes. Delivery & Setup: Delivery and setup are scheduled based on availability. The client must provide clear and safe access to the event site. Damage & Loss: The client is responsible for the rented items from pickup to delivery. You may be billed additional charges after the event if there are visible damages to the rental items. Changes: Order changes must be made at least 14 days prior and are subject to availability. No refunds for unused items. Liability: Chancey Lane Events is not responsible for injuries or damages related to rental use. Agreement: Payment and booking confirmation indicate acceptance of these terms.
